The Big Al’s foodservice brand needed to raise its profile as a 
serious player in a market that was experiencing huge growth 
and development and not rely on its retail persona.A more robust brand positioning identity and visual language was required to 
re-launch the brand to its mature Irish market as well as its newer UK customer base.
